This isn’t just a sales role; it’s a senior leadership position who understands multi-site facility management at scale. Reporting directly to the President of ARM, you’ll set vision, lead a high-performing team, and close deals that shape the company’s future. If you have a track record of landing high-value national accounts in facilities maintenance, or multi-site commercial services and you’re ready to make a huge impact — we want to meet you. Leadership & Strategy Own the Sales Vision: Develop and execute ARM’s sales strategy in alignment with our aggressive growth goals, with direct accountability to the President. Build & Lead the Team: Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing Sales and Business Development team to achieve growth targets and deliver exceptional client service. Set KPIs, accountability frameworks, and performance culture. Forecast & Plan: Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and pipeline forecasting to hit ambitious revenue targets. Sales & Business Development Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue national accounts requiring complex, multi-site FM and maintenance solutions from lead generation to close. Expand & Deepen Relationships: You don’t just close deals, you build long-term partnerships. Expand relationships within existing accounts while opening new avenues. C-Suite Influence: Design and deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives and Facility Directors, translating complex logistics into clear ROI. Negotiate & Win: Lead high-value contract negotiations and close agreements that align with company objectives and long-term client value. Market Intelligence & Brand Presence Be Our Eyes and Ears: Monitor FM industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to continuously sharpen ARM’s market position. Own the National Stage: Lead ARM’s presence at industry conferences (Connex, SPECS, RFMA, and others). You won’t just attend — you’ll maximize every interaction. Elevate Our Brand: Partner within house marketing to develop case studies, digital content, and positioning that make ARM the obvious choice in our industry. Collaboration & Operations Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Operations, Client Services, and Finance to ensure sales strategy and delivery are always in sync. Client Retention: Review and enhance client retention strategies. Monitor feedback, resolve challenges proactively, and deepen satisfaction. Report & Inform: Deliver regular performance updates, market insights, and forecasts to the President and senior leadership. Travel Travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and company initiatives. Who You Are The FM Industry Expert: 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, Construction, or Multi-site Commercial Services. A Proven Leader: 8+ years managing and developing sales teams. You know how to build a culture of accountability and performance. A Strategic Closer: Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals on national or enterprise accounts. The Relationship Architect: You build trust at the C-suite and Facilities Director level and turn single projects into long-term partnerships.
