Job Summary As the Director of Sales at Boxabl, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Team Leadership and Planning: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and KPI’s. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement within the sales team. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements. Act as a key point of contact for major client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Operations and Process Optimization: Oversee the sales process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with operations and production teams to streamline processes and optimize product delivery. Market Research and Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new market segments, customer profiles, and potential partnerships. Explore and develop new business opportunities and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for leadership team and stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Legal and Financial Compliance: Ensure that proper laws, ordinances, or regulations are adhered to based on the location of delivery to minimize Boxabl liability. Ensure sales projections are properly nested into the company’s forecasts and that financial issues are identified and corrected as necessary. Tax Compliance and Customer Waitlist: Ensure all taxes are applied as ordered by local or state laws to orders. Take ownership of the customer wait list and communicate as needed. Sales Cycle Ownership : Take full ownership of the sales cycle, including issuance and maintenance of purchase agreements, scheduling, and coordination of shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other sections of the company as needed to ensure proper sales strategy alignment and the ability to fulfill agreements. Other duties as assigned. Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytical tools.
