This role will oversee a multi-state territory across Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, leading a team of sales professionals while driving strategic growth across meat, seafood, and center-of-the-plate categories. The ideal candidate will bring strong food distribution leadership experience, a proven ability to grow business, and a hands-on leadership style focused on coaching, accountability, and customer relationships.
