Lead brand positioning, messaging, and campaign development for technical products. Manage digital marketing initiatives across web, email, social, and content platforms. Drive website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization. Oversee CRM systems and marketing automation to manage leads and customer engagement. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategy. Support product launches with coordinated marketing and promotional efforts. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and industry stakeholders. Represent the brand at industry events and within the automotive community. Travel as required to support business development and brand presence. Qualifications And Certifications 5 or more years of experience in marketing or marketing led sales roles. Experience in automotive manufacturing or automotive aftermarket industry. Strong knowledge of multi channel marketing and go to market strategies. Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Experience with digital commerce, UX, and conversion optimization preferred.
