Lead and manage a diverse sales team, including outside sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to succeed. Oversee business development efforts to identify new markets, nurture key accounts, and expand customer relationships through effective account management. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales growth and brand awareness. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to analyze sales data, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Drive negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high levels of customer service. Provide leadership in technical sales environments by supporting complex product demonstrations and solution-based selling approaches. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales environments with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong background in technology or software sales, with familiarity using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop strategic business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams and driving organizational change. Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights for strategic decision-making. Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales enablement and lead generation strategies. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
