Revenue: 34% increase in revenue target goals by 2030 and establish a remote sales team in 2–3 locations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and scale a team of about 7 sales outside account managers in the wholesales, retail, and food service call points professionals (experienced and new to industry) Reinforce accountability, performance standards, and consistency Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews to improve execution Recruit and develop talent aligned with growth objectives Sales Operations & Execution Own forecasting, pipeline management, and demand planning(ERP-Accumatica) Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking systems Translate data into actionable insights Implement structured sales processes (CRM, cadence, reporting) Revenue & P&L Ownership Own revenue growth and gross margin performance Manage pricing strategy, trade spend, and promotional effectiveness Identify growth opportunities across accounts, regions, and product mix Balance growth with sustainable profitability Key Accounts & Strategic Relationships Personally manage and influence key accounts and partnerships Support major negotiations and enterprise-level customers Build relationships that unlock scalable growth opportunities Market Expansion Drive expansion across regional and national markets Strengthen presence in independent retail and general trade channels in the ethnic food market (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Southeast Asia, and International) Develop and optimize distributor and sub-distributor relationships Identify new channels and go-to-market strategies Leadership & Organizational Impact Serve as a key member of the leadership team reporting to VP of Sales with a future opportunity to be promoted to VP of Sales Align sales strategy with company objectives Lead change management and drive organizational discipline Build a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience Background in Food & Beverage, CPG, or grocery strongly preferred Proven track record of driving revenue and margin growth Experience in managing regional or national accounts Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capability Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach Experience building or scaling sales organizations and processes Experience using ERP Systems for food, HBA, CPG verticals (Auccmattica, SAP, Netsuite, M/S Dynamics) Deep understanding of retail, distribution, and trade dynamic
