Aligns and organizes, steers and controls all products and solutions development activities in the assigned part of the R&D organization with the objective of maximizing the performance of the business organization. Responsibilities Is responsible for all products and solutions development activities in the assigned part of the R&D organization. Is responsible for hardware, firmware, and mechanical sustaining Manages organization unit assigned, and leads, motivates and develops dedicated employees. Implements ultrasound technical roadmap for current and future systems Plans and allocates resources and budgets to relevant projects or activities. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $185,340 - $254,848 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
