Director, Operations Position Summary The Operations Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational functions involved with deploying in-building wireless solutions. This role oversees project execution, field operations, installation performance, resource planning, vendor coordination, safety, quality, and operational process improvement. The Operations Director ensures DAS projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer, regulatory, and company standards. This leader will report to the Vice President of the In-Building Wireless Solutions organization and will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Network Services, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and drive a high-performance culture across the organization. The Director will have over 100 people in their organization working across a large part of the United States. The team members include technicians, project managers, project coordinators, service managers, and construction managers. The Director is responsible for driving and forecasting revenue from executed contracts and maximizing P&L contribution from that revenue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Lead
