Job Description
Overview We sit at the intersection of business strategy and world-class creative, functioning as both the 'left and right brain' for our clients’ growth. We desire to build things that last. That means brands that build loyalty, programs that meaningfully change the people they reach, and partnerships strong enough to do hard things together. We are looking for builders. We want people who are excited to not only "do the work," but to develop as leaders and help shape the future of this company together. The Role We are looking for a Program Director to lead one of ADDO’s flagship partnerships, Chick-fil-A Leader Academy. Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is a national high school and middle school leadership program that has impacted more than 300,000 students since 2013. You will own the strategy, brand, team, and client relationships that together shape the next decade of the program. You will be responsible for how Chick-fil-A Leader Academy shows up in the world - to students, to schools, to local Chick-fil-A Owner-Operators, and to Chick-fil-A, Inc. In this role, you will drive the cohesive direction of program strategy, innovation, and execution. Core Responsibilities Brand & Creative Leadership: You will set the creative and brand direction for Chick-fil-A Leader Academy and make it a leadership movement that high school and middle school students want to be part of. That means shaping how the program looks, sounds, feels and ensuring our content, curriculum, and communications consistently raise the bar. Program Ownership: You are prepared to answer for the results and health of the program. You will function as the primary internal owner of the program, responsible for building and managing the budget, driving growth, and overseeing the operational excellence required to scale the program. Client Leadership & Partnership: Chick-fil-A is one of the most respected brands in the world. This role will steward that partnership through Chick-fil-A Leader Academy. You will anticipate needs, frame conversations, create value, and ensure every interaction reflects the ADDO standard of excellence. You will be the trusted voice the client calls first, and you must lead with conviction and care. Team Leadership & Development: You will lead the team that builds the program, supports schools and local Chick-fil-A Owner-Operators, and creates impact for high school and middle school students. That includes creating the kind of environment where talented people do the best work of their careers. What You Bring Builder’s Instinct: You know what it takes to build a brand, product, or program. You think in systems, build for scale, and know how to emotionally connect with audiences. Clarity Creation: You are a master at cutting through the noise. You thrive in unstructured environments and take pride in transforming complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans. Mental Endurance & Resilience: You have a high degree of stamina for problem-solving. You deal effectively with pressure, view setbacks as data points rather than failures. Unwavering Integrity: You refuse to take shortcuts. You prioritize the long-term health of the program over short-term wins, earning trust through honesty and professionalism. Who You May Be Brand, Account or Program leader at a purpose-driven organization. Strong written and verbal communication - comfortable presenting to executive audiences. What We Offer Full-time, in-office (Atlanta, GA) 4 days per week, remote optional each Friday. Profit Share (ADDO shares 50% of profits with Team). 401k with Employer Match (eligible after 6 months of employment). Healthcare Stipend.
