DANIEL DEFENSE LLC seeks a Director, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics to lead end‑to‑end supply chain strategy within our Defense & Aerospace operations. This role oversees strategic sourcing, supplier performance, contracts, production planning, inventory optimization, and global distribution to ensure on‑time delivery of precision-engineered firearms and accessories. The Director partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to support new product introductions, cost reduction, and risk mitigation. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, implement data-driven KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a culture of precision, innovation, and employee growth.
