What You Will Do: Lead the planning and execution of tax compliance and advisory services for individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S) across a variety of industries Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters, apply insights to client engagements, and communicate findings clearly through well-structured written reports. Review tax return preparations completed by other staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Build strong client relationships by identifying tax issues, delivering actionable insights, and offering strategic solutions. Champion client service excellence, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships. Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
