WHAT THEY OFFER YOU A tight-knit Finance & Accounting team with a strong emphasis on employee development, leading to numerous internal promotions Great resume builder and opportunity to travel to plant locations Excellent benefits with an established organization that is entrepreneurial in nature, fast paced and highly collaborative The ability to suggest and implement improvements in the accounting and finance areas LOCATION: Charlotte, NC WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and bank reconciliations across multiple operating entities Monitor company-wide cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations and growth Analyze and enhance working capital performance across the organization Build and maintain banking relationships; oversee all treasury-related banking activity Establish cash controls and ensure treasury policies are compliant with internal and external standards Support integration of newly acquired entities into treasury and financial operations Work with accounting and finance leaders to prepare financial reports and support audits Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership team to support strategic financial planning BACKGROUND THAT FITS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field 5–8 years of progressive finance, accounting, and treasury experience Solid understanding of cash management principles, financial controls, and banking processes Ability to analyze and present data clearly to senior executives Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial dashboards Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
