Help us serve delicious Caribbean-inspired dishes while ensuring our kitchen stays spotless! Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift. Assist in food prep and storage as needed to support kitchen staff. Monitor and manage dishwashing supplies and report shortages. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adhere to all sanitation and cleaning procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or chef. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Must be at least 18 years old. Food Handler's certification is a plus.
