Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of cleaned items Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing and setup assistance Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables to maintain a hygienic environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold cleanliness standards across all food service areas Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending frequently Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing tables or assisting with food preparation is a plus Enthusiasm for working in a hospitality environment committed to exceptional guest experiences Pay: $500.00 per week Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
