Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, contributing to a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas. Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes, utensils, and debris promptly to ensure a tidy dining environment. Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients and assisting with food handling as needed. Help set up for banquets or special events by arranging tables and chairs according to specifications. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices is beneficial for maintaining health standards. Experience in bussing or kitchen roles will be considered an asset. A strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
