Job SummaryJoin our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.This energetic position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of a fast-paced hospitality setting, supporting culinary operations and contributing to a seamless dining experience for guests.Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed Support food service operations by bussing tables and clearing used dishware from dining areas Help with catering and banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and assisting in food handling as directed Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to keep the kitchen organized and hygienic Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods You will have to unload a couple trailers once a day Requireme nts Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support a lively kitchen atmosphere Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication keeps our kitchens running smoothly!
