Overview 86 Forks Bar + Table is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join our team. We are an open kitchen concept serving elevated Asian fusion cuisine, and a clean, organized dish area is critical to keeping the entire operation running smoothly. This role is fast-paced and physical. We are looking for someone who works with urgency, stays organized, and takes pride in being reliable. What You’ll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils efficiently Keep dish pit clean, organized, and running smoothly Maintain steady flow of clean plates and equipment to the kitchen Assist with trash, recycling, and basic cleaning tasks Support kitchen team as needed during service Follow all sanitation and safety standards Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Reliable and consistent attendance Able to stand for long periods and handle a physically demanding role Team-oriented with a positive attitude ServSafe certification required prior to start Non-Negotiables (Read carefully before applying) You must show up on time and be dependable You must be able to keep pace during busy service You must keep your area clean and organized at all times No excessive call-outs or reliability issues No ego.
