Responsibilities Prepare and portion food items according to recipes and standards. Assist in cooking and assembling dishes for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. Wash dishes Support banquet and catering operations by preparing food items as needed. Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations regarding food preparation and storage. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or a related culinary role is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is a plus. Skills in cooking, cleaning, and general food service are highly valued.
