Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for menu items Support catering and banquet events by preparing food stations and ensuring timely delivery of supplies Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines Handle food safely by following proper food handling protocols and hygiene practices Buss tables and assist servers during service hours to ensure smooth guest flow and satisfaction Support the culinary team with basic cooking tasks as needed to meet high-volume demands during busy periods Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures Experience with food preparation techniques such as chopping, portioning, or basic cooking is advantageous Familiarity with kitchen equipment including dishwashers, ovens, mixers, or prep tools is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a hospitality environment Previous banquet or large-scale event experience is desirable but not required Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
