Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as portioning, assembling ingredients and plating for menu items. Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization. Buss and assist servers during busy service periods to enhance guest experience. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours and special events. Requirements Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude; excellent communication abilities are essential. Prior experience in culinary settings involving cooking or serving will be highly valued.
