About us Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Oyster Shooters Raw Bar & Grill is an American seafood restaurant with approximately 200 total seats and an attached banquet room. We are looking to hire a dependable Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Team Member for an immediate start. We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a busy restaurant team. Position Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Schedule Tuesday through Sunday availability preferred Day and evening shifts available Closed Mondays Weekend availability required Immediate start available Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed during service Take out trash and keep dumpster / back-of-house areas clean Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors Help with basic prep tasks when needed Restock clean plates, utensils, pans, and kitchen tools Follow food safety and sanitation standards Maintain a clean and professional work area throughout the shift Assist with banquet room and event cleanup when needed Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Must be dependable and show up on time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry bus tubs, trash bags, and kitchen supplies Positive attitude and willingness to help the team Must be able to work nights and weekends Must take pride in cleanliness and organization What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that the dishwasher is one of the most important positions in the restaurant.
