Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including counters, sinks, and storage areas. Support catering and banquet setups by preparing serving stations and ensuring timely delivery of food items. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times. Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing workspaces. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
