Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling basic food items when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests Help with catering events or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup as directed Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as bussing, cleaning, or food handling is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of food preparation or culinary processes can enhance performance Embark on a rewarding journey supporting our culinary team!
