Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to meet cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for incoming guests. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods. Assist with catering events or banquet setups by providing cleanware and supporting food service operations as required. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation protocols. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and bending. Knowledge of basic kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and cleaning procedures. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff. Prior experience with banquet or large event setups is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction through efficient service support.
