Job Description
Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed. Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly to maintain a tidy workspace. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy service times to ensure smooth operations for food handling and service. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation procedures, and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment.
