Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support the kitchen staff. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is cleaned and ready for service. Follow food handling safety standards and health regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen team members to manage dish flow during busy service periods. Help with basic cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold high standards of hygiene. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations involving food handling, cleaning, or basic kitchen tasks is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this energetic role.
