Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand. Maintain cleanliness of all dishware and kitchen tools to meet health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support the kitchen staff. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. Collaborate with food service staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service periods. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all operations. Requirements Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food safety practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sanitary workspace. Experience with bussing, food preparation, catering, or banquet service is a plus.
