Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our culinary team. In this dual role, you will be responsible maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed. Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using appropriate cleaning methods. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service. Follow all kitchen protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Basic culinary skills including knife handling and food preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
