About Fellow At Fellow, we're on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home.But we're more than just beautifully designed kettles and grinders--we're a brand built on innovation, community, and culture.We believe great coffee isn't just about the final cup; it's about the experience, the ritual, and the people who make it all happen.We're looking for a Dishwasher / Product Cleaning Associate to support our operations during daytime hours.This role is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and handling consumer products and related equipment in a controlled work environment.Unlike typical dishwashing roles, this position offers a consistent weekday, daytime schedule with no evening or late-night shifts.This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA, and requires you to be in the office 5 days per week.This role is temporary, with the potential for extension based on business needs.Who You Are You are able to work efficiently and independently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.You are meticulous and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization.You are highly dependable and punctual.You have a strong attention to detail.What You'll Do Clean, sanitize, and dry consumer products and components according to established procedures.Inspect products for cleanliness and basic quality issues.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cleaning and work areas.Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines.Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Prior experience in cleaning, production, or light manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required Why You'll Love This Role A creative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into action.Consistent daytime schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).No nights, weekends, or late shifts.Predictable hours and improved work-life balance.Compensation:$20 / hour.
