OverviewSeven Lakes Golf & Tennis Community is an active, gated 55residential community located in Fort Myers, FL, consisting of 1,096 units and offering a vibrant and well-rounded lifestyle across beautifully maintained grounds.We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Seasonal Dishwasher to join our team.This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting food service operations, and ensuring a positive experience for guests.Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings is a plus but not required.Responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collects used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.Load and unload dishwashing machines.Washes specific items by hand (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate China).Stores clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.Set up workstations before meal prep begins.Ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.Maintains cleaning supply stock (e.g., detergents, etc.) and informs the Restaurant Chef and/or Restaurant Manager to place orders when necessary.Checks washing machines operation and promptly reports any technical/performance issues.Remove garbage regularly.Sanitizes the kitchen area including the floor.Other related duties as required or requested and abides by all policies and procedures.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Work experience as a dishwasher or on wait staff, hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed.Must have time management skills and attention to detail and sanitation rules.Must be available to work in shifts and work weekends and evenings.High school diploma is a plus.PHYSICAL / EMOTIONAL DEMANDS Must be able to handle customer complaints calmly and respectfully when necessary.Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours and regularly required to lift and carry up to approximately 70 pounds; may be required to spend long hours on their feet.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with increased levels during events.Job Type:Seasonal Work Location:In person.
