Dishwasher (Seasonal)

Wychmere Beach Club is seeking to hire seasonal Dishwashers.The Dishwasher position is responsible for proper care and maintenance of the dish machine as well as keeping a clean supply of dishware, glassware, silverware and adequate supply of utensils and cookware throughout each shift.Seasonal Schedule:June through September, FT and PT positions available Core Duties:This is intended to represent the key duties for this position.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the kitchen, including emptying trash cans, cleaning larger equipment and mopping walk-ins Assisting in tasks to ensure stocked, sanitized and safe kitchens Preferred Qualifications and Skills: One year related experience in a high volume restaurant, resort, or private club environment preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.during a shift Job Type:Seasonal Pay:From $18.00 per hour Ability to Commute:Harwich Port, MA 02646 (Required) Work Location:In person.
