Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling duties. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Manage dishwashing stations during busy service times to ensure a continuous flow of clean items for staff and guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as bussing tables, food handling, or cleaning is advantageous. Experience working in banquet settings or catering events can be a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
