Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area by regularly cleaning sinks, counters, and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during cleaning processes. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Knowledge of food handling safety standards helps maintain high sanitation levels. Hours Shifts will typically run from 10:30/11 am to 4:00 pm or from 4:00/5 pm to 9:00/10 pm. May ocassionally be required to work extended hours for special events.
