Dispatch Lead

A company is looking for a Dispatch Lead to manage dispatch operations and lead a team of dispatchers. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day dispatch operations within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and accurate routing of legal documents Serve as a working lead for a team of dispatchers, providing guidance and support on complex assignments Source, onboard, and manage offline vendors to fill coverage gaps and ensure timely job completion Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in legal dispatch, process serving, or a related legal operations role Demonstrated ability to guide or support peers in a fast-paced operational environment Experience coordinating with offline or on-demand vendors preferred Proficiency in dispatch or case management platforms; experience with relevant systems preferred
