Dispatcher

Coastal Plumbing Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Team Member to coordinate our field operations efficiently.In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching plumbers to job sites, managing service calls, and ensuring timely customer service.You will serve as the critical link between our customers, technicians, and management to keep operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and dispatch plumbers to service calls efficiently.Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician availability.Assist with troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and emergency call-outs.Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and service efficiency.Qualifications:Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience with dispatch software or scheduling tools (training provided).Job Type:Full-time Pay:$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Ability to Commute:Hinesville, GA 31313 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Hinesville, GA 31313:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
