Position Overview:The Communication Specialist will be responsible for coordinating emergency and non-emergency calls, supporting field personnel, and maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.This position requires exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing communications for emergency and non-emergency situations. Dispatch medical teams efficiently using communication systems and protocols. Collaborate with EMS personnel and partner organizations to ensure coordinated response efforts. Maintain accurate documentation and records of calls and dispatch activities. Identify and resolve communication challenges in real-time to support seamless operations.Qualifications: Proven experience in Medical Dispatch operations. Background in the private sector of EMS . Ability to work independently and demonstrate professional judgment. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with dispatch systems, communication technologies, and EMS protocols.Preferred Skills: Certifications in emergency dispatch (e.g., EMD, EFD, EPD) are a plus.
