Job Title: Dispatcher / Office Manager Company: Davis Air Conditioning Location: West Palm Beach, FL Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year + performance bonus About the role Davis Air Conditioning is a trusted HVAC service provider serving the South Florida community. We're looking for an organized, energetic Dispatcher / Office Manager to keep our West Palm Beach office running at its best — coordinating technicians, communicating with customers, and managing day-to-day operations. What you'll do Dispatch technicians to residential and commercial service calls, optimizing routes for efficiency Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries professionally Monitor job status in real time and adjust technician assignments as priorities shift Process work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and service agreements accurately Follow up with customers after completed calls to ensure satisfaction Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and general administrative tasks Support management with reporting and special projects as needed What we're looking for 2+ years of dispatching, office management, or administrative experience (HVAC or trades industry preferred) Strong customer service skills — calm, professional, and friendly under pressure Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar software a plus Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Compensation $40,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience Performance-based bonus Full-time schedule, Monday – Friday Email - AVizzari@davisacservice.com Davis Air Conditioning is an equal opportunity employer.
