Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Office Manager to join our team! Manage dispatching operations and office administration. This role is critical to keeping technicians productive, customers informed, and operations running efficiently. The Dispatcher / Office Manager will oversee daily scheduling, customer communication, technician coordination, administrative support, invoicing assistance, and operational organization for the company. Willing to train if not experienced in service industry. Responsibilities Answer incoming service calls professionally and efficiently Schedule residential and commercial service appointments Maintain communication with technicians in the field Ensure all technicians have accurate job information before arrival Track open jobs and ensure completion updates are received Collect and organize customer information accurately Confirm upcoming appointments Follow up on pending estimates and unsold repairs Assist with financing paperwork or payment coordination if needed Create and update customer accounts Input notes, photos, and job information into company software Track completed jobs and pending approvals Assist management with reporting and operational organization Maintain accurate records of daily service activity Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent phone and communication skills Strong time management skills Professional customer service skills Computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dispatching experience a plus but not required Home service industry experience a plus but not required Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software a plus but not required Experience with QuickBooks or invoicing software a plus but not required Scheduling and route management experience a plus but not required Knowledge of sewer/drain terminology is a major plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in the service industry!
