Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling and Debit card processing Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Manage inventory levels by conducting stock checks and assisting with product replenishment Provide excellent customer service via phone inquiries, ensuring clear communication and professional etiquette Support compliance with all state regulations regarding age verification and product sales Assist with basic retail math calculations for daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in Dispensary, grocery stores or similar customer-focused environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations for smooth transactions Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos to engage customers effectively Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about industry-specific offerings Basic math skills for daily cash reconciliation and sales calculations Join us in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel confident exploring our wide range of products.
