About the Dispensary Leadership Opportunity This role leads all aspects of dispensary operations from team development and customer experience to inventory, compliance, and financial performance. You'll inspire a diverse team, execute company strategy, and ensure a seamless, memorable experience across in-store and omni-channel platforms. What You'll Drive Full oversight of dispensary operations, compliance, security, and inventory Revenue growth, profitability, and execution of promotions and local initiatives Financial stewardship, expense management, and operational audits A seamless customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery Loyalty, retention, and community engagement efforts Leadership Focus Build, coach, and develop high-performing Leaders and Team Members Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion Align team performance to KPIs and service standards Lead through change while reinforcing Mission, Vision, and Values What We're Looking For 5+ years of retail management experience (POS operations required) Strong background in inventory control and operational execution Proven ability to drive results through people leadership Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends 21+ and able to meet all state compliance requir
