What You'll Do Prepare and process pigment dispersions using established formulations, procedures, and work instructions (weighing, mixing, dispersing, milling) Operate laboratory processing equipment, including high-speed dispersers, mixers, and mills, following safety and operational guidelines Conduct routine laboratory testing, including grind, viscosity, density, solids, color, and tint strength, as directed Support formulation and development trials by staging raw materials, preparing samples, and executing directed experiments Accurately document experimental work, observations, and test results in lab notebooks, databases, or project tracking systems Assist with scale-up or pilot batch preparation under supervision, including material handling and equipment setup Prepare and label samples for internal evaluation or customer submission, ensuring accuracy and traceability Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas, including cleaning, basic maintenance, inventory management, and 5S compliance Follow all laboratory safety practices, PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Support troubleshooting efforts by executing assigned tests and experiments and commu
