Distribution Center Associate - Level 4 About the JobThe Distribution Center Associate supports inventory management and daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of garments.What You'll Do Key Accountabilities Work collaboratively with team members to place garments into inventory.Perform manual inventory counts as well as scanner-based counts.Maintain a consistent flow of put-away work to avoid disruption to DC operations.Train on and utilize internal software systems (RLM & Appcon) to complete Master Invoicing.Ensure inventory accuracy at all times.Weekly Responsibilities Troubleshoot inventory or system issues as needed to correct errors.Contact IT Support when system assistance is required.Perform cycle counts, generate reports, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary system adjustments.Utilize the Shipping portals to ship orders, verify shipping information, and ensure timely outbound deliveries.Pick production orders, confirm picking accuracy, rope or pack orders as required, and load completed shipments onto outbound trucks.As Needed Cross-train to support additional DC functions, including picking production orders, matching, scanning, roping, and Master Invoicing of Custom orders.Assist with special or high-priority projects, such as re-jokering garments.Complete additional assignments as requested by supervisors or team members to support operational success.Play an active role in annual inventory preparation, ensuring all aisles are cycle counted and accurate leading up to inventory day.Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.Lift and place garments onto trolleys and racks.Lift up to approximately 35 pounds.Walk frequently between aisles.Work Schedule Monday-Friday:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Summer Hours:7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required.#Supplychain Pay:$16.00 - $19.75 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Referral program Application Question(s):Employment Authorization:Are you eligible to work in the United States and able to provide proof of your eligibility?
