Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Distribution Manager role based in Sunrise, FL. The Distribution Manager will oversee and manage daily distribution operations to ensure smooth execution of the supply chain process. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role will also involve team leadership, scheduling, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the distribution network. Qualifications Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution operations Experience with EDI and ERP systems Strong organizational and analytical skills for planning, scheduling, and problem-solving Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a distribution team effectively Proficiency with inventory management systems and logistical software tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors and partners Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in distribution and warehouse operations Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
