Job Description
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a District Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $117,000 to $175,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Oversee compensation related activities within the district and support consistent application of pay programs. Partner with leadership to ensure pay practices align with market expectations and organizational goals. Manage the human resources systems used for employee records, credential tracking, and onboarding activities. Coordinate updates to system requirements and ensure information is accurate and accessible for internal teams. Serve as the district contact for corporate compensation matters and support information needs from leadership. Requirements Ability to review and interpret compensation guidelines and ensure accurate administration. Skill in using HR systems, creating reports, and maintaining organized data files. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with corporate teams and district leadership. Previous experience supporting onboarding activities and ensuring smooth processes for new staff. Capacity to oversee multiple administrative tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Previous experience working with compensation programs, HR systems, or related human resources functions. Background in maintaining system data, building reports, and supporting system enhancements. Familiarity with credential tracking, onboarding workflows, or similar administrative processes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information professionally. Prior experience supporting leadership teams with reporting or data needs. REF #52017
