Responsibilities Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device (alongside your team) Lead, support, and hold team members accountable in the field Train and coach new and existing team members Communicate with store managers and represent the company on-site Coordinate daily job flow and ensure completion across locations Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and service standards across all audits Requirements Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive) Ability to pass background check and MVR screening Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers Helpful Experience (Not Required) No prior experience needed – training is provided Retail, merchandising, or inventory work Supervisory or team lead experience Warehouse, stocking, or backroom operations Route-based or field-based roles Food service or high-volume environments Benefits Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement (See full details in the benefits link above) Job Type Full-time Work location: On the road
