We're looking for a Divisional Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate a team of high-performing in-home sales professionals. This is more than a management role - it's a chance to build a powerhouse division in a booming industry. What You'll Do: Recruit, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales consultants Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and winning Ride along in the field to mentor and sharpen closing skills Own divisional sales targets and revenue growth Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics Develop tactical training plans to increase close rates and average deal size Implement structured sales processes and best practices Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance reviews Identify training opportunities and lead skill-building sessions Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and customer experience Forecast accurately and report on divisional performance Expand territory reach and market penetration Who You Are: A proven sales leader with 5+ years of sales management experience across multiple locations/states Experienced in in-home sales, home improvement, HVAC, solar, or related industries Skilled at coaching consultative sales professionals Metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills</
