Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Indoor Golf Simulator Attendant. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for all customers while overseeing the use of our state-of-the-art golf simulators. The ideal candidate should have a passion for golf, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing top-tier service in a fun and interactive environment. Duties -Greet customers and provide an introduction to the golf simulators and features. -Assist customers in setting up and navigating the simulators. -Ensure the golf simulators are properly maintained and ready for use. -Provide customer support by answering questions related to the simulator, game modes, and general golf inquiries. -Monitor the overall atmosphere of the facility, ensuring cleanliness and organization. -Handle booking appointments and managing the schedule. -Process payments and manage customer check-ins and check-outs. -Cleaning facility as detailed in training -Cooking menu items and keeping food stocked. -Stocking alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks -Assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers. -Assist with any other tasks as required to support the daily operation of the facility. Requirements -Interest or experience in golf preferred, but not required. -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. -Basic understanding of technology and ability to learn new systems quickly. -A positive, friendly, and professional attitude. -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays. -Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus. -A Mast permit & Food Handlers card will be needed within 60 days of hiring. -Must be 21+ Benefits: Wages plus tips Employee Discount We look forward to hearing from you and for you to be apart of the team!
