We are seeking a motivated, hard working individual that enjoys getting their hands dirty.Whether it be throwing on a wetsuit or waders and working in the chilly Spring waters of Walloon, or firing up a pressure washer to clean a patio, this a fast paced, physical job.Furthermore, working well with others is paramount and attitude is everything.Responsibilities Dock Installation and Removal:Work together as a team to install docks, water toys, and watercraft.Seasonal Maintenance:Spring and Fall cleanups, pressure washing, window cleaning and other exterior services.Maintain and clean outdoor living spaces throughout the season.Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as pressure washers and blowers.Skills Ability and willingness to work in various weather conditions.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in various situations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Familiarity with installation techniques and safety practices in the field.Ability to lift objects that are 50lbs or greater.If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining pristine spaces, we want to hear from you!
