The Dockhand must work to maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the harbor and marina facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide SHM members with the best experience possible Greet all customers in a manner that expresses a kind, courteous and professional character Help orient members and guests to the marina, facilities, and answer other commonly asked questions Assist customers with general boating needs Maintain and clean restrooms, docks, walkways, grounds and other areas designated by management Ensure docks and equipment are operational at all times Comply with OSHA regulations, environmental regulations, and adhere to all site rules and expectations Availability to work
