ABOUT THE ROLE We are a thriving multidisciplinary clinic in Spokane with a strong focus on treating and managing acute musculoskeletal injuries. Our team includes nurse practitioners and interventional pain providers who collaborate closely to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ■ Starting Salary $90,000 – $120,000 based on experience ■ 401(k) Matching Employer match after 1 year of employment ■ Healthcare Stipend Monthly stipend toward health coverage ■ Licensing & Malpractice 100% covered — no out-of-pocket costs ■ PTO Accrual Paid time off that grows with your tenure ■ Continuing Education $1,000 annual CE credit WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution — Active Washington State chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain) — Strong adjusting skills across a variety of techniques — Excellent time management and ability to maintain patient flow — Experience treating acute musculoskeletal injuries — Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team — Strong communication and patient education skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Background in McKenzie Method and/or Active Release Technique (ART) Spanish or Russian language proficiency Experience working alongside nurse practitioners or interventional pain providers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
